The Adams County Economic Development Corporation (ACEDC), certified annually by the Department of Community & Economic Development, is the Certified Economic Development Organization (CEDO) for Adams County, Pennsylvania. This office facilitates all applications for low interest financing from the Department of Community & Economic Development for the businesses located in Adams County. Since it’s inception in 1989, ACEDC has facilitated hundreds of loan applications to retain and grow the businesses of Adams County, and has helped to create and retain thousands of jobs for our local citizens.
